The room was an absolute disaster, noisy as ever with tram and car sounds. How good! And the breakfast? Just processed junk, nothing fresh to please refined tastes like mine. Don't even get me started on the non-existent upgrades i expected after this horrid experience. Never thought i'd be settling for such mediocrity.

Location was great. Everything's close. It was a good breakfast.
It was cold, the batteries weren't heating. There wasn't enough light.

excellent central location, close to shopping amenities, vibrant neighborhood nightlife
Noise levels from the busy street made for quite a sleepless night!!! Cleanliness of the bathroom could use some improvement!!!

Terrific hotel, the staff were all superbly friendly and affable and the location was great close to tram station. Location: the venue was really close to Right next to powder tower and the city centre next to tram....

Excellent city location with nearby entertainment options.
I was charged twice for my stay and the front desk staff were unhelpful. When I asked about the refund, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, insisting that it had already been processed when it clearly had not. The lack of sound insulation made it difficult to sleep, as I could hear everything from the street and neighboring rooms.

The location couldn't have been any better, right next to the mall and a few minute walk away from the main center. Unfortunately, the walls were paper thin, allowing noise from other rooms to disturb my sleep.

I had a comfy stay with a really clean room and a hot shower that hit the spot after a long day out. The hotel also offered a nice little relaxation area and a cozy reading nook for some downtime. The only downside was that there was no electric kettle in the room, but the staff was happy to heat up water for me. 👍

Great location. Room was small but comfortable.
The Internet connection was so slow, we opted not to bother, plus its only available in the lobby. Breakfast wasn't that great, and when they say don't bring food out, they mean it. When I asked if I could take my coffee to my room, the lady said no and literally took it from me. The floor we stayed on smelled like cigarettes, although we were in a non-smoking room.

I was impressed at the value, and I thought it was great that there were three person rooms. We really appreciated being able to share a room altogether and not having to split up at all. The location was very good as well....
